*MOVIES*


I saw not quite watch movies. I had watched movies in the theater when I was preschool student. I also watched some movies on TV or rent from a rental shop. I like action or fantasy movies like "SWAT", "MATRIX","LOAD OF THE RINGS" and "CHARLIE'S ANGELS". Recently I watched "CHARLIE'S ANGELS"! I like actresses who appearance the movie. For example, Cameron Diaz. Once she was fashion model, so she have fine proportions! Actresses were really lesson and practiced kang-fu, Muay Thai and so on, so completed that wonderful movies.

*My favorite actor and actress*
I like Orlando Bloom. He is an English actor. He appeared the movies “LOAD OF THE RINGS”, “Pirates of the Caribbean” and so on… He looks cool and becomes his black heir. In addition to that, he has a good passion I think.

Angelina Jolie one of the American actresses is my favorite actress. She is very charming and sexy. Her charming point is a thick lip. She appears the CM for cosmetic. She married to Bradley Pitt who is a nice guy and she has 6 children. She has being served an Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees’ goodwill ambassadress since 2001 and started full-dress charity activity, so three of her children were adopted by poor countries. She is not just a charming woman but also a nice woman who have kind and wonderful heart.

*Diet*

Diet has some types. For example, the type of food that someone eats each day, a vegetarian diet. I think those are bad diet, because they are injured our health. It is important to have a balanced diet. This diet that includes all of the foods you need to stay healthy. A plan to eat only particular types or amounts of food, especially because you want to get thinner or because you have a health problem goes on a diet. If you continue the wrong diet, you will become anorexia. Anorexia is a mental illness. Especially young women, stop eating because they believe they are fat and want to be thin. So, I do not stop dieting, but please don’t make a mistake about to choice type of diet. I recommend aerobic exercise. For example, marathon, swimming and table tennis.


*Exercise*


I like sports. I was a member of tennis club when I was a junior high school student.
I like baseball too. I like both watching baseball and play catch. Recently I played catch in a park in morning. It is good for our health to get up early and do exercise. Shall we play catch in morning?:-D

Laugh Points
I write something about laugh. First, we have different laugh point. One day, when I was watching TV with my friend, my friend started laughing. But I was not laughing because I did not felt funny. I don’t laugh at masochistic gags and funny appearance. I felt funny who talks well. However I almost keep my face smile, I seldom laugh.

Differences Between a Smile and a Laugh
Second, there are some differences between a smile and a laugh. Smile is made easily. If we feel angry or unhappy, we can make our face smile. But laugh, when we felt really funny, we can laugh. At last, a laugh helps our health. Laughing is good for our body. I think Shimada Shinsuke is good speaker. I often laugh at his talking. I felt that he is clever. He has quick wits. Another people who are good talker (speaker) I think are Tutorial and Akashiya Sanma and Ninety-nine and so on. I am finding very funny comedian now.
