Drop out rate

Rate of drop out universities in Japan is the lowest in the world. According to research that objected 27 countries by Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, Japan’s universities’ -conclude junior college, academy – drop out rate 10%, by contraries in America over 50%, and New Zealand too.
The countries that have high drop out rate have a system called part time”. In this system, we can learn whenever we want, so we can take our time. Because of high ratio of this system, there are many cases that halfway of this system, this makes drop out rate is higher. And in European people don’t think that drop out and change the academy is bad, so this view is high rate too.
But Japan’s drop out rate is lower, will of study is lower than other countries. Japanese students’ homework times are about 5 hours per a week. New Zealand students’ homework times are 13 to 14 hours. New Zealand has high drop out rate, but student study hard.
